Your field of activity includes implementation and service of our equipment at our customer site in Leixlip, Ireland. As a field service technician you will ensure the reliable operation of our customer's production equipment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all planned & unplanned maintenance or start-up of Ebara Components equipment to include; pump rack systems, vacuum pumps, gas abatement systems, trace heating systems.
  • Co-ordinate maintenance/IQ activities with relevant stakeholders, including customer and 3rd parties.
  • Resolution of all equipment issues, (hardware and software) encountered, and ensuring all equipment is in a production ready state before hand over to customer.
  • Accurate recording of activities completed, and recording of same in prescribed systems.
  • Completion of routine PM’s by following clearly defined and documented procedures.
  • Escalate technical issues to peers as and when needed.
  • Identify and flag issues and concerns that may impact on maintenance/IQ schedules.
  • All works completed in compliance with site environmental, health and safety requirements.
  • Participate in planning and scheduling meetings where necessary.

 YOUR PROFILE

  • L6 Qualification in a relevant technical discipline, e.g. (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
  • Previous equipment maintenance experience a distinct advantage.
  • Practical, hands on approach to technical problem solving.
  • Low Voltage electrical systems experience.
  • Ability to read and understand Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) as well as electrical circuit diagrams.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and an ability to work within a team of like-minded professionals.
  • Willingness to work 12 hour shifts, on a rolling cycle to include days, nights and weekends.
  • IT literate.
