YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in servicing EBARA equipment.
- Coordinate work schedules, manage team performance, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Act as the point of contact for customer issues and escalation resolution.
- Drive improvements in service KPIs such as tool uptime, MTTF, and availability.
- Manage site-level budgets and field service P&L performance.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and company policies.
- Contribute to customer headcount negotiations and service planning.
- Support training, upskilling, and development of the on-site team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years’ experience in system service, field service, or semiconductor operations.
- Previous experience with vacuum pumps and waste gas abatement systems would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in team building and change management.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of EHS and quality management systems.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Resilience, energy, and a proactive attitude.
